Description


  • Work-in-Progress Oversight
  • Conduct on-site assessments during flyadeal-related maintenance activities to monitor work progress, adherence to standards, and compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Verify that MRO providers adhere to GACA, FAA, EASA, and airline operational standards during ongoing maintenance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Evaluate outsourced providers’ adherence to contractual obligations and SLA benchmarks, including response times, defect rectification, and maintenance quality.
  • Log oversight findings in AMOS, categorizing issues by severity and ensuring traceability.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and share findings with the Sr. Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Discrepancy Resolution
  • Identify and document non-conformities and escalate unresolved discrepancies as necessary.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions by the providers and track resolution progress.
  • Provider Performance Reviews
  • Participate in periodic reviews of contracted providers to evaluate operational reliability, compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for contract renewals, amendments, or terminations based on performance data.
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement
  • Work with internal teams to develop recommendations for enhancing outsourced maintenance processes.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and recommend procedural changes to strengthen vendor operations.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field or equivalent GACA/FAA/EASA Airframe and Power Plant certification.
  • Minimum of 8 years in aviation maintenance or 5 years in aviation maintenance quality.
  • Strong knowledge of A320 aircraft maintenance, including operational and technical requirements, to effectively oversee MRO performance.
  • In-depth understanding of aviation regulations, including GACA, EASA, or FAA standards. Proficiency in AMOS or similar maintenance tracking software.
  • Familiarity with SLA development and monitoring.
